  1. ONLINE clicking here and then click on check status

  2. Over the phone. Please be sure you are calling from the number you have registered.

  3. Be sure you have already followed the instructions to register your phone. If you have not previously registered your phone, please click here to enroll.

  4. Call 1.866.806.7804, option 1 for English or 2 for Spanish, then option 2 to check status. You will then need to enter the offender's TDCJ#. You will receive a recording with the status of your enrollment and will also be able to press an option to speak with a representative.


Complaints about CenturyLink or Securus Correctional Billing Services (SCBS) service should be forwarded in writing to:
